Shipping policy

Confirm
We will send you a confirmation email when your request is about to be approved. As soon as the order is confirmed, we will start preparing immediately. It is difficult to change or cancel your order during this period, but we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

In Progress
Order processing generally takes 1 to 3 business days. If the processing time is longer than expected, we will send you an email.

Mission Delivery
It takes 15 to 25 business days.

Please be aware:
1. Shipping preparation (quality control, packaging, documentation, etc.) generally takes 1 to 3 (and for some items it may take 3 to 6) business days, not including the "total shipping time".
2. All terms have specific tracking information.
3. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped. The email will contain a unique tracking number. You can log in to "My Account" to view the status of your order. Click on "My Order" to see the status of your order and/or get a tracking number.
4. During the holidays, delivery times may vary as manufacturers and carriers limit their activities during this period. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but we will do our best to resolve the issue.

After your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number and a link to the website. If the delivery fails, we will email you. Once you receive your order, you can write reviews and earn reward points.
Please contact us within 6 months of delivery. If there is no confirmation or delivery, our representative will resolve the issue within 24 hours. Please note that requests that have expired cannot be accepted.
